A Horse Medicine Session is a held space to be with the horses and receive the medicine of the herd. It does not require horse knowledge or riding skills. The practice is mostly just being and opening with willingness to see and feel what comes up.

A single session includes:

A preparatory zoom call before your session to set intention.

2-hours with Robin and the horses in Fishkill, New York. (Robin can also travel to be with you and your horses)

Guided somatic and energetic practice to open the session.

Writing and reflection prompts after your visit to support the integration process.

Text integration support for 2 weeks following the session.

This is a deeper journey option if you know that you would like to connect with the herd over time.

The offering is the same as for the single sessions, but the container is longer form and the work goes deeper.

For each in-person session, there is an optional zoom preparatory call to open and set intention.

These 3 sessions can be used anytime within a 6-month period.

I hold small-group Horse Medicine sessions and longer-form containers periodically.

This is not “equine therapy” it is simply being in the space with the horses and letting the medicine of the field in, allowing it to stir and activate what is ready to be seen and felt. The horses mirror truth to us here.

These journeys are lower-cost ways to connect with the medicine of the herd.
