Being with Horses is a held space to be in reciprocity with the horses. We give and receive.

Sessions can accommodate one person, or up to four. It does not require horse knowledge or riding skills. We will be on the ground.

I guide an energetic, body-based practice to empower and support your opening and reception to the field.

It’s best if you come with a distilled question, or just come with a willingness to practice and learn.

Each two-hour session is framed in this way:

• An initial call to open the work.

• 2-hours in person (or remote) with me and the horses in Fishkill, New York.

• Energetic practice with the horses. Sometimes this includes talking, being, hands on work on the table, or energy work with the horses more directly. We work with what is here.

• Writing and digestion prompts following the session, with an optional add-on remote integration session.

You bring a distilled question, threshold, relationship, decision, pattern—or something else in your life you want to see more deeply.

I attune to your body, the horses, the energy between us, and the patterns that reveal themselves.

I share what I see in the space.

I’m not asking the horses for answers.

I’m listening holographically to what becomes visible in the whole.

This is a reading of what is true now, what is moving, and what may be asking to emerge.

It won’t necessarily give you “an answer.”

But it will reveal more.

Readings are remote and are shared through voice memo recordings, text and sometimes video or photos.

If you’d like to work together in person, a reading can be part of a Being with Horses session.

I hold small-group Horse Medicine sessions and longer-form containers periodically.

This is not “equine therapy” it is being in the space with the horses and being worked by the medicine of the field, allowing it to enter, stir and activate what is ready to be seen and felt. The horses mirror truth to us here.

These journeys are lower-cost ways to connect with the medicine of the herd.
