We begin with what is alive in your life—what is unraveling, emerging, or asking for your attention.
We don't stay in the level of the story for long. We follow the thread down into the felt experience, into the energy shaping your experience, and the body as both transmitter and vessel of creation.
The body is an antenna through which we perceive the world. The mind interprets the sensations. We work in this territory, exploring the relationship between body, mind, and energy, and integrating what is ready.
This is not therapy, and we don't orient toward fixing. The lens is spiritual: everything we encounter is an opportunity to come into deeper alignment with G-d—the intelligence moving through all things, creating via our channel.
This work is a practice of listening, feeling what is here, and allowing Truth to reveal itself.
We become more whole. More able to be with what is happening, and more available to live from presence, clarity, and sovereignty.

Typically, they are a one hour via video call. Sometimes a bit longer.
