These sessions are about being with, and opening to deeper truth.

We won’t spend a lot of time in the problem or story, but we may begin there: we enter through whatever is alive and current in your space, what you are working with presently, and follow the thread of that to go deeper to reveal and work with the root patterns. Integration, in the body, is always central to this work.

At the root, healing work is spiritual work. “Spiritual” and “energetic” are interchangeable concepts in my framework. True transformation and healing happens in the body and always involves energetic adjustment.

When the unconscious patterns of the body— i.e. traumas from our life and that are inherited or directly experienced and held— shift into the light of consciousness, these patterns and interconnected limiting beliefs can integrate and release.

Over time in this practice, we become more grounded, capable, and inspired in our lives. We learn and eventually release the survival imprints of our systems, in large part by working in the ancestral realm, and increasing our awareness and capacity to care for our inner children.

In our sessions, feeling increased sensations of lightness is a marker of being in more alignment with source frequency. Light is truth–that’s the origin of the name of this foundational work, Truthshop— and we will use lightness as a compass.

As we heal in this work the entire frequency of our existence will shift. Our lens is renewed as the trauma clears and we expand cellularly to receive, hold, and move more energy. We move with more authenticity and creative power. This is the reward of this work.

Truthshop sessions are one hour via video call. An audio recording of the session will be provided.

Individual sessions: $250 USD

Series of four (two a month for two months): $800 USD

Series of 8 or more, (booked in advance and used within 6 months): $185 a session
