In my experience, if we're not working in the body, we are just scratching at the surface.

True, transformative healing work happens in the body.

This is not talk therapy where we just talk about problems. We use the story level, what is happening right now in the life, and in the body, to understand your current lens, then we drop to deeper levels to see and work with the root patterns at play. Integration, in the body, is always the primary work.

When the unconscious patterns of the body— i.e. traumas from our life and that are inherited or learned— shift into the light of consciousness, these patterns and interconnected limiting beliefs can integrate and release.

The more we engage in this process, de-compartmentalizing our energy, integrating, the more embodied and powerful we become in our lives. The more we know and clear these trauma patterns / ancestral imprints, and the more powerfully and cleanly we are able to hold our inner child, and the more lightness we will feel, in the energetic/spiritual, psychological/mental, and physical realms.

Feeling lightness is how we know we are healing.

We will see the external world through a different lens as we transform in this work. This is how the entire frequency of our existence will shift. Our lens is renewed as the trauma clears and we expand cellularly to receive, hold, and move more energy.

These are two-hour sessions of body-based transformation work. In these sessions we work in-person and hands-on to reveal and release blockages that weave through the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual realms. These ceremonial sessions are unique, playful, deep and co-created.

I approach, read and engage with the body as the earthly vehicle of the soul and a map of the life.

I have a background of study and practice over the past 15 years in many different physical healing frameworks.

In our work you may recognize threads of Taoist/Chinese theory and TCM, craniosacral, reiki, Katonah Yoga, Structural Integration/Rolfing and more.

I've trained in or studied these modalities, and while they inform session work, my intuition leads. I am guided to move by what comes through as most deeply true and of service.

These are trauma-transmuting sessions. You will be an active participant. Cords that connect what is happening in your life to where stagnation (and sometimes pain) exists in your body, will typically be revealed. We will work together in creating pathways for trauma to leave your body.

Through this work you will develop an understanding of the principles to continue the work on your own.

These sessions often leads to the complete release of acute and chronic pain, sometimes very quickly — other times it is a longer process.

I facilitate both individuals and small groups to develop their own sacred medicine work practices, and to cultivate their own healing collaborations and support networks.

These retreats are each unique. They are designed thematically to support the work of the individual or group needs. Sometimes, participants are collaborators in creating the retreats. I work with other practitioners to hold the group.

Integrity and safety are of primary import to me. Participating involves preparation and post-retreat integration sessions.

Luxury retreats are available, as well as retreats for lower budgets.

Participation for an overnight private retreat starts at $1000 USD.

This is a high-touch container for energy workers and practitioners that know that they are being called to go all the way on their transformation path and to live fully in service to the Energy.

Text support, a writing container, access to recorded teachings and regular (weekly) one-on-one sessions are a part of this container, with discounted rates for hands-on somatic sessions and private retreats.

A four-month minimum commitment is required.

Monthly fee for practitioner mentoring is $600 USD.

A season of sacred medicine integration support and empowerment. This is available to people working with microdosing or for practitioners doing larger-dose journey work.

Each three- month cycle of work includes access to a held and moderated group writing container, group somatic-coaching integration calls and, optionally, add-ons of a) one-on-one somatic integration sessions and b) private or group retreats.

Add-on private sessions will be at a discounted rate. Retreat work is not included in the base price of this container.

This is a three-month commitment.

The cost for joining the group for one season is $200 USD a month.

Human Design has been one of the most profound tools of my transformation journey.

I integrate Human Design into my guidance work for people that are called to this system.

HD is a radically transformative body of knowledge and discipline. When integrated as an embodied practice, it catalyzes awakening.

For people interested in HD and without background, I offer foundational readings. HD is integrated into attunements and coaching when you are actively engaged in your HD experiment.

HD foundational readings are remote via Zoom, approximately 120 minutes, and a recording of the session as well as other resources will be provided. Follow up text integration support for one month is a part of this container.

Individual HD specific sessions: $300 USD

This work is for advanced practitioners who are building or are ready to work in development of their brand expression to channel their medicine with more precision and potency.

Your personal brand always reflects your level of embodiment and self actualization. We can use this truth to see the brand as a mirror of our inner work.

Simultaneously, when we do spiritual transformation work we are unlocking the potential to come into our full power as creative beings. When we are in integrity and our brand and business is carrying our unique medicine into the world, we are serving — service is an essential part of the path of the medicine carrier.

My professional background (version 1.0) was in brand identity creation and consultation. One of my gifts is my ability to see where your brand and business is authentically transmitting and where the system is blocked. I help people see and learn to recognize where adjustments need to be made to create in integrity and with resilience.

This is integrated, magic-led and embodied branding.
